Curriculum Vitae

Obtained a doctoral degree in 1990 from the Florida State University. As of 2006, he has been working as a Marketing professor for the Clemson University, USA. Previously, he was a professor at the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, and at the University of Akron. Professor Baker’s articles have been published in numerous journals. These publications include: Journal of Marketing, Journal of Retailing, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Business Research and Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management. He specializes in services marketing, corporate social responsibility, and measurement of marketing efficiency. Professor Baker is chairing and is the president elect of the Society for Marketing Advances since 2007.
