Curriculum Vitae

Randy Richards earned his PhD at the University of Iowa in Philosophy in 1996. Dr. Richards has built a successful and respected academic career by studying and teaching Human Resource Management. He is currently a Co-Director of St. Ambrose University's Master in Organizational Leadership Program, where he also teaches. Dr. Richards also teaches Management of Change and Human Resources at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management.

Dr. Richards is also a visiting professor at Vilnius University in Lithuania, and also spent time as a visiting professor at Kaiserslautern Technical University in Germany. Along with his rich academic career, Dr. Richards also holds workshops and seminars all around the world for HR professionals, in which he shares his experiences from his 20+ year management career.

He has published many scientific works, articles, and conference presentations, and even a few theatrical plays. His areas of interest include adult education and development, conflict management, organizational behavior with an emphasis on leadership and group interactions, and ethics.
