EMBA Performance Measurment and Compensation

EMBA students were actively engaged in ZSEM's Performance Management and Compensation course. Professors Andrijana Mušura Gabor and Julie Felker were joined by Rimac Automobili's Chief Human Resources Officer Mr. Aco Momčilović to co-teach the course. A balance of Human Resource theory and real world application were integrated to strengthen students' managerial decision making skills. Through in-depth discussions, case analyses, self-assessments and student led workshops, EMBA students' focused on strengthening individual, team and organizational performance through the application of contemporary performance management and rewards systems.
